  • The Sandusky store has mattresses on special. My wife and I picked one which was perfect for our guest room. What was delivered was hard as a rock. When we went to complain we were told that "in a few months of use it will soften up". When I explained that it was for a guest room for my grandson I was told, "13 year olds can sleep on anything, don't worry about it." Absolutely no effort to help, offer alternatives or in any way care about the fact that the product delivered was NOTHING like the product in the store. Extremely poor business practices.
