  • We made a reservation for indoors, and when we arrived they made us sit outside- where it was freezing. The hostess said we would have to wait for 15-30 minutes if we wanted to sit indoors (there was no one inside)! The food was disappointing and overpriced. Really a poor restaurant for being in the beautiful Palazzo.
