rev:text	Ive had some excellent experiences here but today I had a sales rep named Vavra who absolutely screwed everything up. She was taking our order asked me to wait when she just disappeared...only to find out she moved to other customers. So we go to complete our order and she got it all wrong. So we almost got the wrong stuff. Oh and shes still helping other customers as Im sitting here paying my order. Absolutely unacceptable.
