Came here with my husband on Friday night to watch The Commuter. At first we loved the look of the place, felt really retro and different. We arrived in the theater in our seats around 8:00pm for our 8:30pm showing. We sat and waited for someone to come and take our order for about 10 minutes. We then ordered chicken tenders for my husband, and a mozzarella sticks and garlic knots appetizer tray for me around 8:15. We also ordered waters and a shake. They promptly brought out our beverages which was great. The movie started around 8:45, still no food. 9pm, still no food. We pressed the button for our waitress to come out so we could get an update on our food, but no one came until around 9:30. At 9:30 she rewrote our order and said it'll be out shortly. At 10pm the waitress came out again and said they'll be putting our order in to-go boxes since the movie is almost over. At 10:15 she came out and gave us two boxes with two orders of chicken tenders because they didn't have enough time to make the appetizer tray.
They're service is an absolute joke so i don't recommend going here if you're hungry. :)
