  • I've used this service twice before. The first time I would have given 5 stars. I asked for a deep cleaning and I was quoted a great price. The two women did an amazing job. I gave them a nice tip and they were very appreciative. I was so happy with the service, I didn't even shop around the next time I needed a deep cleaning. The price I was quoted was not at good, but still more than fair. However, two different women came, and they didn't really do a deep cleaning. The cleaning was at least average though, nothing to complain about. But after they left, I found my toilet backed up. I called, but the woman who answered the phone said the ladies told her nothing happened. So I took her at her word... figured maybe one of my kids accidently flushed something they shouldn't have (even though they swore they didn't). Well... 5 months later that same toilet has backed up twice more after being snaked. This time, the plumber finally snagged the stoppage instead of just moving it around. It was a steel wool pad. Thus the one star... because of the $1,175 in plumbing bills I have incurred since this happened.
