rev:text	I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If I could leave them no stars I would. They don't respond to you when you have any issues with the house. You try to get ahold of your property manager for issues and she never answers or never returns your phone calls. Then when it comes time for you to move and you leave the house more immaculate than when you moved in they try to find any reason to keep your deposit. Our house was well taken care of, we treated it as if we owned it. They are saying we took the door stoppers when actually there were none when we moved in. They are saying they have to replace the carpet because of stains under the carpet when one of the rooms was only used as storage, never used for anything else. Those were the only 2 things they had to do to the house. Oh they said they have to repaint the house as well but that's normal wear and tear and something they are suppose to take care of not something that comes out of our deposit. Also they had someone come through the house before we even turned in our keys and did a walk through with them yet somehow they couldn't give us an estimate about how much it was going to cost to do all of these things. It's pretty shady they have someone come through before we actually do the walk through to start, makes you wonder what they do to the house to keep your deposit. So on that note if you are looking to rent from this company, don't. They take advantage of people and I will make sure every news station are very aware of this.
