  • AVOID THIS LOCATION ... POOR SERVICE AND TOO LONG OF A WAIT! Even though this location charges more than other Supercuts, I've been bringing my family to this location for years because it is conveniently near my house. During my last visit yesterday, they quoted a 15-20 minute wait. After waiting for an hour ... three times longer than what they quoted ... I quickly went to the restroom for less than 2 minutes. Even though they saw me head to the restroom, they waited to call my name until I was gone and when my fiancee said I would be right back, they opted to call two people after me on the list. When I came out of the restroom, the two people were just sitting down and one of the ladies who bypassed my spot on the list apologized before I knew what happened and said I would be helped in a minute. After waiting another 10 minutes we approached front desk and the lady closest to the front named Chantal, who was the other person that decided to bypass my spot, came over to speak with us. We complained about how unfair it is that I have waited 3 times longer than what they quoted, but they couldn't wait 1-2 minutes for me to use the restroom. Her response was, "Well, we have to keep the line moving!" Her overall tone was very disrespectful and to end the conversation she abruptly told me that I will have to wait for the next stylist. After another 10 minutes (over an hour at this point) I was helped by Nayumi who was very nice and apologetic for the situation ... even though it wasn't her fault. She was quick and did a good job, but unfortunately our plans for the rest of the day were messed up because of the wait. The attitude and disrespect that we received from Chantal made the situation worse. This location is supposedly the busiest location in Las Vegas and they seem to now take that for granted. They have no problems equating their customers to a number on a list and this was made apparent when I was told that they have to keep the line moving with no regard for the customers who have been patiently waiting for an hour to get a hair cut. I'm not a number in line, I'm a person who as a result had important plans messed up and left Supercuts upset and disrespected. Before posting this review, I wanted to give Supercuts an opportunity to make this right and sent them feedback. Today I was contacted by the Senior District Leader, Donna Jordan, who simply apologized and said she would "discuss" it with the location ... I guess that is Supercuts way of satisfying customers and making things right. Supercuts has lost 5 customers, I will be choosing a more respectful and less busy hair salon for my family!
