  • It is no wonder this place has such terrible reviews!! I have never in my life had the experience that I had today at this poor excuse of a business. I walk in and the sweet girl at the front desk greeted me. She was so kind. I told her how my boyfriend had brought my car in to get inspected but I had failed because my tires were too bald. I had a good friend of the family sell me better tires for 2/3 the price of meineke and took my car back to complete my inspection. Standing in the corner over the girl was a big man with his arms crossed, just staring at the girl at the desk. She told me she thought most of the men were on break but that she would check. From the corner the man rudely spit out that they would be back in an hour & a half and I could come back then. The girl sweetly said "well let me just ask..." and tried to open the door. The man then preceded to block the door and say "an hour & a half was that not clear?" The girl looked slightly scared and I was completely mortified by this mans behavior & I am disgusted I have to return at all. Men do not have the right to speak to anyone this way much less a girl that he clearly feels is beneath him...and in front of a customer no less. I will be back in an hour & a half. Expect another post as well as a picture of the man who seems to think he is so high and mighty. I will also be calling the corporate office. RIDICULOUS!!
