| - After a raging Saturday night out on the Strip, I was craving pho. Walking in around 10AM, the place had one other large group of girls and a single male patron dining at the time. There was also just one waiter. This guy really needed some help. Service was very slow. He took orders, made all the drinks himself, handled checks and payment, and delivered the food. Not sure how many kitchen staff there were either, but food service was also very slow. At other Vietnamese restaurants, pho noodle soups often come out faster than they could fry up egg rolls, but here at Da Lat, I felt like we were waiting a long time for our noodle soups.
Despite the slow service, the pho tasted delicious. The noodles were firm and chewy, while the soup was flavorful and not too oily. Each bowl came with a good amount of meat and the vegetables were fresh.
Price: About $8 per bowl of pho.
3.5 stars.
