  • First off I am a member and love REI, but! Bought a flashlight. It took half an hour to get help, the first person was no help then went for a manager, the second person eventually helped but obviously didn't want to, I bought the Nitecore EA21 and it was the last one (display model) when I got to my truck I opened it up and spent 15 minutes getting the batteries out because they were so corroded in the flashlight, I returned it. It was a terrible experience and I'm never coming back to this REI again.
