  • The return policy at Ulta has become an all time low....there is not one, unless you have a receipt. But what if you get something as a gift? I love Ulta for their convenience and amazing products, but I don't think people should be punished if the product they are returning are unopened and in good condition. There should be at least an option for store credit. Especially when their number one competitor is Sephora, who will take anything back opened used or in any other condition. When buying gifts for people I will be probably looking else where than Ulta.
