  • A month after their grand opening, their washroom finally no longer has a "Out of Service" sign. However, they require you to pick up a key (which may be hidden away so you have to ask for it). I like that the key is attached to a rice scooper though, +1 very unique. There are two washrooms downstairs, but only one key. They should have two keys. AC is still hit-or-miss. With the summer heat coming in, it gets pretty hot in the store even at night. You can see that they know there is a problem with it and leave the doors wide open. It seems like the AC had come on for a few minutes at some point, but then quickly disappeared. Napkins do not get refilled very frequently. Pearl milk tea is alright, though the tapiocas aren't as chewy as before. Good to see that they still offer the roasted milk tea even if the sign says limited time offer for May.
