  • Our AC went out two days before we got home from our honeymoon- not a fun thing to come back to! I found these folks on Yelp and based on their reviews and comments, I gave them a call. From my 10pm call on a Thursday night to the final install of our new unit, AZ Dukes of Air was there for us. They were able to diagnose the issue upfront when other companies could not and walked us through our options. What I really appreciated was that even though we ended up getting a new unit, they gave us the most cost- efficient options (along with performance ratings) rather than the most expensive up front. They even gave us a portable unit to use while we waited for the new one to arrive. Their employees (Robert, Dustin, John and Tonya (the owners)) are honest, personable and professional. If you are looking for a family owned/operated company with integrity, these are the people you call.
