  • My mother has unfortunately been a patient in this long-term nursing facility for approximately 1.5 years. They have HIGH TURNOVER. I have tried to speak to EVERYONE about my concerns to NO avail (from nurses, director of nursing, nurse practitioner, executive director). No one will resolve issues. No one cares!!! I do NOT recommend this facility. My mother receives POOR care: poor hygiene care, dental care (I've actually had aid "Paula" tell me: "I don't have time to floss your mother's teeth.") My mother has lost considerable weight, and my mother has complained of HUNGER! I plan to move my mother ASAP! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!...RUN! I HAVE ENCLOSED PICTURES OF MY MOTHER'S TEETH!!!!
