  • So I'd just like to apologize to the business for assuming they didn't acknowledge what a balayage was. I am a little impatient. They did tell me my hair was going to lighten up. From the looks of the picture I took right afterwards to today, it has really lightened up and actually looks pretty good. The color is what I was looking for. I didn't realize by washing it would lighten up since I had only washed it once since the treatment. I am just now noticing the color difference.
