  • If I could give it a zero I would! First -I placed n online order and didn't click the necessary pick up time -so I called the location directly and asked if they could just wait an hour to make the pizza! I was told that they didn't have the capability to do this and that I would have to start over with the online process! REALLY -we have advanced so far in technology that you can't pull and order manually and place it in the que for 45 minutes later? REALLY-I have to start over? Then I redid the order and put the new time in for 6pm! When I arrived at papa johns the receipt showed that the pizza was placed up on the heater at 530-so it was cold! Now I have to wait for my first order, which was cancelled to be refunded and they already have my money from the 2nd order!
