Terrible overall experience with the entire staff and even Dr. Paraminder Kang. The only staff that was pleasant was the radiology staff. I showed up thirty minutes early for my appointment and was not brought back to a room until about two hours later, which I was then taken to radiology, and then back to my room to wait another 20 minutes. Finally Dr. Kang came in and appeared to be having either a bad day or is just an extremely unpleasant person. He took a look at my issue and x-rays, and after mentioning to him that I experienced this same issue two years earlier and had visited their other office but was told nothing was wrong, he realized that there was an issue then that should've been noted, which more than likely is what has led up to my current issue. Not only was I upset or bothered by the misdiagnosis, but I was bothered by the unpleasantries. Upon checking out I couldn't wait to leave the facility but then had to check out with a woman who also appeared to be in a bad mood. The overall patient/customer service experience was terrible on all levels and it seemed that everyone in the office including the doctor was very unpleasant or having a bad day. Worst experience ever with a medical facility.
