| - Yes, yes, yes... FINE. I admit it!! I couldn't find a local electronics store that had what I needed over the dang holidays, OKAY!
I had no choice! I had to go to the double b, I just had to! It's eats me away a little bit everyday, you know that?
In all seriousness, if you have to go to a Best Buy, this location is your best bet. Unlike every other store down in the infamous Steelyard Commons, this store is a mecca away for the over-crowded, under-staffed piece of hell-on-a-stick. Weird, right? I know! I think I was expecting lines of 30 people or more and employees filing their nails.
I seriously parked close, walked in, went straight to what I needed, someone walked up and helped me, I checked out and was back in my car in a matter of 20 minutes. All this... at a Best Buy... less than a week before Christmas. Boom-shaka-laka!
So, they nailed customer service. Check. But they're getting 3 stars anyways. Why? The guy who was helping me sold me the wrong things even when I explained everything I had. Although he was helpful in some aspects, he failed in having me come back several different times after Christmas to return and exchange.
Side Note: They're getting 3 stars instead of 2 because their return/exchange system is very easy, convenient and nice.
