  • After several more visits..... because it is on the way to the dog park I cannot upgrade this Starbucks from one star. The last 3 times I did mobile order and showed up in the allotted time the app said 3-5 minutes.... 7 actually and still waited over 8 minutes more one time 10 another and a full 12 minutes the 3rd time. Each time they apologized and said they were understaffed. The staff there is friendly even though overwhelmed with the amount of business..... perhaps fix the application to say the accurate time so I could order at the 101 store instead.
