  • This place has beyond unprofessional front end staff, after trying to explain that I was given the wrong equipment the "nurse" was extremely bitchy and unprofessional. I was given two ankle braces that were too big. I explained when I was being given them that I didn't feel comfortable with them and that they were too big. That I did not feel supported. I only wore them for 20 minutes from the office to my house and my shins had indents all over them. Meaning it was cutting into my shins where I do not need support, and my ankles were basically left loose and able to roll. The short blond thick nurse that I spoke to was extremely rude and not at all willing to provide customer service. I will not be coming back here, which is their loss because I have two insurances which I'm sure they're going to charge them both for the stupid braces that I don't even have in my possession, and won't be using. I left the braces with the rude woman and told them they will not be getting anymore of my business!!
