DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES - they don't give refunds - once they have your money, it's gone. When I was unable to get the pro I requested on a vacation, they would not return my payment, even though no lessons were ever even scheduled and I requested a refund within 24 hours. The CEO, Scott Baxter claims there is a disclosure on the site that warns of no refunds but he's lying - there isn't. And even if there was, they call you to get your credit card number so unless you happen to be their web site when they call, you wouldn't be aware of a "no refund" policy anyway. They don't disclose that over the phone. DECEPTIVE. DISHONEST. UNETHICAL. BUYER BEWARE.
