  • Alright, so I have seen every Cirque show. Is there a support group for that? I was definitely excited to see the newest addition to the Cirque due Soleil Las Vegas family, Zarkana. The theater is in a great location at Aria - you don't have to walk 5 miles through the casino (at least if you are coming from the outside) to get to the showroom. There are also great restaurants nearby. My tickets were free, so unfortunately, they weren't in the best location. Luckily, they were still center stage. It may be a big theater, but I don't think that it is so huge that you aren't able to see the show, no matter where you are seated. I have also been to shows where the seats are so small and uncomfortable, and that is not the case with these seats. Your butt won't hurt after an hour and a half. If you plan on getting a drink or a cocktail (or even a soda/water) before the show - get there EARLY. There are only 2 small concession stands, and the lines get long. It is pretty frustrating, in my opinion. The ushers are really helpful in getting you to your seat. And of course, with almost all Cirque shows, the performers are in the theater beforehand. This is what is fun about Cirque, how interactive the shows are. I don't like seeing people complain about there not being a storyline. Have you ever been to a Cirque show? Most do not have any storyline. Yes, KA is the exception. And KA is also the only show I would probably recommend for children. Coincidence? I don't know. A storyline is just not what Cirque is about. They are supposed to be abstract, left to your imagination. Maybe they change the show nightly? Who knows?! Why worry about it? The performers are BEYOND AMAZING. The girl with the tennis balls? Holy crap! How does she do it?! The single guy doing all those yoga like poses and stuff? WOW! The acrobats at the end? I am sore just thinking about it! The 2 "idiots" are funny. I found myself laughing out loud at some of their antics. Cirque knows what they do well, and with this show, they are back to doing it. I think that this show will be a great success. Overall I think it was very good. It will still be my 2nd favorite (I won't name my favorite, as I don't think that's fair).
