I gave this hotel three stars because over all the service was average. That was very disappointing for what bills it's self as a 4 star property. The room was very nice and newly remodeled. I was upgraded to the executive level which included access to the bar, breakfast and light snacks. That was very nice and the staff in that area are truly exceptional. Check in and check out was also note worthy and I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello. Where this hotel failed miserably was the valet. First every time I returned I had to wait. I started timing how long it took for a valet to appear. The worst was at 11:30 pm on a Friday night (13 minutes) and the best was Sunday morning (2 minutes). I am not sure where the valet was as there were no other cars around? Twice I had to go to the front desk and complain that I had been waiting. The desk clerk went off looking for the valet only to return and announce to the other clerk that the valet was no where to be found. Ouch! I didn't need to know that.
