rev:text	When you're shopping everyone is WONDERFUL! As soon as you leave it's a nightmare. I love my new car but regret buying it from Showcase. They were eager to sell me something but in such a rush to get me out because they were closing that they never went over all the features of my car, didn't give me the owner's manual, they didn't even get the title for my trade in. The Finance Dept failed to explain I'd have a double payment the first month- a DOUBLE payment during the holidays! I called my sales rep the day after I got my car, with questions about it since I don't have a manual & to see if he found the cargo tray he said he'd throw in, no call back. Someone else called though, saying they didn't have my title. I asked her to check with the rep because I was certain I'd given it to him. She said she'd call back if he didn't have it. No call back until 3 weeks later, the week of Thanksgiving, while I was in the middle of a move, demanding I either pay them $50 for a duplicate or find my title and come in ASAP. I got another phone call the next week, from a man claiming to work for the alarm company, he wanted to know if the alarm on my new car was activated. I called Showcase to ask if that was a legitimate call & to ask about the alarm I wasn't aware I had (no one went over that "feature") I left 2 messages & had to call a 3rd time before I spoke to anyone. Even trying to get my car in for my first oil change was an annoying experience. So much so that I'd rather pay someone else than get the first free one from them. The double payment deal was the final straw. Offering to buy me a cup of coffee for my troubles isn't enough & it's definitely not going to change my mind about this dealership.
