  • DO NOT USE CHARITY TOWING! I had a the worse experience with them. I don't feel like going into detail about EVERYTHING that happened. I contacted the office manager (Chuck) to complain and while I was speaking to him he just handed the phone to a random person that had no clue what I was talking about. I called back several times to let them know that I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave my keys inside the console... no answer. I tried a few more times because I realized they didn't have the gate code and directions to where my vehicle was located. I got hung up on a couple times or they let the phone ring and ring. Finally an accountant picked up the phone and she gladly transferred me to the front desk, got hung up again.
