  • Dined on March 31st- I give it 2 stars but if there was an option to give 2 1/2 I would. As you've seen from my reviews - I'm a foodie. I particularly love French cuisine. I had read about Scratch Pastries a while back but had never had the opportunity to try. Food was great, service not so much. I am hoping that they just had an off day when we decided to dine there.
