  • The store was supposed to open at 12... it's now 12:20, we've been sitting here for twenty minutes and no sign of anyone opening the store. If a shop keeper wants business an easy strategy is to open the store on time rather than keeping your customers waiting for twenty (now twenty-three) minutes! There are five potential customers that have been patiently waiting for 23 minutes!!! Ridiculous!!!
