  • Worse customer service I have ever seen. After an hour and a half wait in the store they took my laptop for 4 days to install new battery on my MacPro. Then called me and stated they "would not install it" because tech said there was evidence of "past liquid spill." Tech probably spilled his coffee on it and is trying to blame me. Will follow up and file complaint with corporate. Stay away from this store!
