  • I called Donley for a plumbing problem at 10:00a.m. and they sent Brian out to my house by 11:30.a.m. I was very impressed with his honesty. He diagnosed and had my problem fixed in a very short order and didn't try to finesse me into some hugely expensive repair that wasn't needed. He also took the time to inspect my 8 yr old water heater and was able to replace a couple parts that were obviously corroded and not in the shape they needed to be in. I was happy to purchase their inexpensive (I have refused to buy others due to ridiculous prices) annual maintenance policy which covers inspections on A/C, plumbing, and my hot water heater. I highly recommend Donley and Brian and won't ever be calling anyone else. P S. They installed my new toilets 4 years ago and I was very happy with the service back then as well which is the reason I called them again. Listed on BBB as family owned and A+ company.
