  • Just got my keys, haven't moved anything in yet. Walked through the apartment and I was not happy. I'm questioning their ability to know wether a home is move in ready or not. First we were told we got new carpet! Not true! U can smell the chemicals from steam cleaning it, the patch work is obvious, and there's still imprints of the former residents bed frame. So they lied! They had it cleaned, was not clean! Top of fridge is filthy, inside of cabinets is stained, there's lint and dirt in the w/d area, lint trap is broken. I could go on and on with the cleaning issues. They spot painted and it's a little to obvious also, paint doesn't match. Base boards have paint ripped off. The cabinets is my biggest issue besides the carpets. Cheap cabinets! The vinyl is peeling and some ripped off like it has pet damage. Imagine black cabinets with chunks of particle board exposed. Not attractive! It's actually embarrassing! The slider doors don't work well and the track is disgusting, most likely why the slider doesn't work well. The patio wall has spray paint on it. The stairway and concrete outside of the apartment are filthy, stinks, and smells strong of dog urine. This list could also go on for awhile! The front gate call screen for guests to call you so they can get in the gate, doesn't work and hasn't for atleast 4months. I have a friend who lives here and I could never get in. Parking sucks, to many cars, not enough spaces. I was also greatly disappointed in the floor plan of the 3bedroom. Extremely small bedrooms, even the master is kinda small. If I could give a zero star I would, but they'll get one star because I do like the kitchen, just wish it wasn't so tore up. For the price of rent and move in costs. This place is not worth one penny of it. I'm extremely disappointed. I thought Greystar would have better standards than this. It's not ok to make anybody move into the previous residents disaster. I will upload pics when I take them, will keep updates of how everything goes during the lease.
