  • I was contacted by management in a polite and professional way after my initial review. She was open to feedback and attentive to my concerns. In the last couple of years in my opinion Shadow Hills has done a lot to improve upon their customer service. Not to mention the problem of rogue children is gone, however the complex in general has improved in tenant quality. The current staff of Shadow Hills has been easy to work with and very flexible. Specifically the Assistant Manager Jose Cerda is particularly receptive and professional. Currently they're improving the buildings and property cosmetically.
