  • We lived here for a year & here's my reason for 5 stars. From day one the office staff was friendly and was able to accommodate our last minute move in date. Even though they don't have the newest appliances in their apartments, they were affordable and the staff made up for it. Every time we needed something repaired maintenance would get it done the same day if not the next ! Any questions or concerns we had I always asked and the office staff always helped us out on that too. Plus side too is that we didn't see any bugs in our apartment ! I see it as the experience of a friendly outgoing staff that always ensured our stay was a good one, is worth the 5-stars. We ended up having to move out of state for work, but if we would've not had to move; we would be renewing our lease. Now keep in mind you can't please everyone- hence the other nasty negative reviews.
