  • Was told that the lender required me to purchase extended warranty to be approved and get a lower rate, but once approved I could cancel , came back to cancel , 3 hours waiting and they closed for the night , no call back like promised , called lender and found it was all a lie-- warranty not even part of the process As per Molly's request I called back and left a message and my phone number 2/26/2016, called back again and left another message----I can tell I'm at the top of their list on things to correct.
