  • I'd really give this place a 3 1/2 star rating if I could. But I'm from California and we're used to the BowWowBungalow in Burbank for boarding and daycare. So I was sort of comparing and hoping this place would be very similar as they have the square footage and a similar setup, but it wasn't quite as good. What I did love about this place though was the ability to access the webcams and check in on your dog during daycare hours. I liked the different options you had for your pet's stay to making it more accommodating and comfortable. I thought the pricing was decent and fair. The staff was friendly. But I really wish they had more there to entertain the dogs during their stay. My dog loves to play ball and they don't allow balls or toys of any kind in daycamp due to toy aggressive animals. So if your dog doesn't really wrestle with, chase or play with other dogs, they seem pretty bored. I boarded my dog there for four nights and opted to have him do daycare during the day for an extra discounted fee. That's another thing I liked, discounted rates for ad ons like daycamp or grooming, for a pet that's boarding. Overall it was a good experience. I was just expecting a tad more and for my dog to have been played out, which he really wasn't.
