  • I loved living in Nine Line! This was the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. Stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, washer/drier in unit, and big beautiful windows. On top of all that, there is a free coffee machine and ping pong table in the lobby! It's a great building with respectful neighbors, and given Madison's large student population, the building is actually filled mainly with young professionals or grad students. There were also fun events hosted by management like cookouts with yummy food and solid vegetarian options. Also, whenever there was a maintenance issue they were on top of it! In particular, Brent Jackson the property representative made my life so much easier, which was much appreciated especially given my stressful internship year! He went above and beyond what he had to. I highly recommend living here!
