  • Was recommended to this place. 2 out of 3 times white shirts needed to be redone because of black smear marks (looks like it comes from the press machine perhaps). Tired of needing to drive back to pick things up. Why don't you clean your press machines?? Other items seem to be ok and when returning the white shirts are done ok. Need to find a place where they can dry clean and press white shirts without leaving marks. I will try a few more times and hopefully increase the star rating but at this rate I have doubts. Update: sure enough, they left (new) a press stain on a white shirt. Had to drive back again. Recommendation: Do NOT have them clean anything in white. The did a good job that I can tell on all other shirts/pants, just not white. Will take my $$ elsewhere.
