  • Terrible customer service and they can't seem to update their screens with accurate departure times and delay information. We're currently waiting for our flight and the only reason we know the flight is over an hour and a half delayed is from the announcements over head. The screens at the counter, the departure screens and online all have incorrect information and say the flight already departed. I don't understand it. Maybe I've been spoiled by Southwest Airlines because they always update their information immediately but I don't think it's that hard now a days to keep the passengers informed. Besides their lack in customer service doesn't make the situation any better.
