rev:text	If you purchase your tickets online and need to exchange for a different time, you will have to cancel your order & forfeit the "convenience fee" you paid to purchase your original tickets. You will then have to pay another "convenience fee" when you purchase tickets for the correct time. Way to gouge & irritate your customers AMC. Where is the customer service, and why does the venue charge a convenience fee for people to shop there online in the first place? Nobody likes a greedy pig, AMC.
