  • We bought a groupon, and could not use it because in the fine print on their paper they said not valid on weekends. When I pulled up my etickets and showed them nothing popped up under fine print, she still would not honor them. So I asked for the manager, he would not honor them either. Basically said sorry purchase was made through Groupon and I can't help you. So I asked for his manager. She came & try to tell me the same thing. Finally in the end she offered me 15% off. But still did not honor my tickets. Just bad customer service all the way around. Then has the nerve to say come back and use the Groupon mon-fri after I purchased additional tickets! Only because my kids were already pumped up to go in. Once we got in there it was a mad house. Kids just running with no supervision! I'd rather go to peter piper in the future. We will not be returning! Save your money & go somewhere else!!!
