What a seriously unorganized office. Apparently they moved locations since my brother's (stroke
Victim) last visit but didn't notify us when I called
To confirm his appointment. We sat outside the old
Office (with Dr batres' name and info still on the door and with No way to see inside) waiting for the office to open. 10 minutes prior to the appointment, I called and asked if they could please open the door because my brother and 86 year old mom were Getting chilly. They were confused because the door was unlocked. We determined that we were in the wrong location. Got to the right Location and stood in line from 1006am until 1018am before another patient got fed up and went to one of the other 2 ladies who were sitting behind the closed window, and tapped on the window and basically demanded assistance signing in. Finally got signed in. After another 20 Minutes they finally called "James" but no last name. We started to get up but another man who was seated closer to the door, jumped up and went in. After another 20 minutes of waiting and seeing someone else who arrived after us go in for his appointment, I got up To complain and learned that the other guy took my brother's appointment! WTH? When the staff realized that it was the wrong James, why didn't they send him Out and get My brother? Seriously! Who does that? Not impressed. When I expressed my frustration to dr batres, he didn't seem to care at all. Just shrugged it off.
