  • Lack's cleaned the carpets in a home my boyfriend, 6 cats and I had rented for 3 years. I got the "normal" service because the representative I spoke with said it would take care of animal body oils (our cats do not have "potty problems", so I figured that would cover it.) After a couple days of sitting in the vacant, unventilated abode however, an aroma of "pets" developed. We called Lack's back and asked them to come by again and give it the full-on-pet-cleaning service. They agreed to come out the following Wednesday. Well. By that Wednesday, the stinky carpet smell had dissipated. We figured it must've been a captive stench since there was no air circulating about the empty shell. Still, the Lack's serviceman sprayed the carpet with deodorizer and called it good. And at no charge. On top of this honest and excellent service, both visits were on time and the professionals we worked with were all quite friendly. Thank you Lack's!
