  • I called Sprinkler Doctors when I had a leak in my irrigation system. They replied promptly to my request and sent someone out to my house to fix the leak in a timely manner. However, 3 months later the line sprung a leak in the exact same spot. I sent multiple messages to the owner over the last several days asking if they could come out and fix the leak, and did not get a response. Disappointing. * Update - changed from 2 stars to 4 stars. Owner followed up with me and apologized for the prior inconvenience. I had another issue with my drip system and Sprinkler Doctor was quick to reply. They promptly fixed my issue and did so at a discount to make things right. I appreciate the follow up and the extra effort. I would use Sprinkler Doctor again. :)
