When we walked in, we noticed that the place was nicely decorated and very clean. There were some lounge chairs/couches in the waiting area with some TVs and complimentary water along with some upbeat/clubby music.
However, none of that matters without customer service. My boyfriend and I walked in the door around 7-8am. There were 4 staff members at the front desk and we were the only customers at the time. Nobody acknowledged that we were there. So we awkwardly walked up to one of them. Without greeting us, she asked if we had a reservation. We said that we did and she just asked for info and everything that she needed (credit card, ID, etc.) No smiles or eye contact.
It took them about 30 minutes to get us a rental car. When we finally got our car, we looked inside, and it was filthy!! The auxiliary plug was broken also. They got the manager and she played around with it and just told us that it's fine. She said that it looks broken but still works. We turned on the car and tested it out and ofcourse it didn't work. We were very frustrated at this point and just ended up upgrading.
Never again.
