| - IMT DEER VALLEY is the worst apartment that I have ever stayed because of my experience with property management staffs. I encountered couple of major issues because of the very unfriendly staffs.
Incident 1: All Amazon packages are delivered to the IMT community center and resident need to pick up from there during the designated timing.
There is a lady staff who manages the delivery, once I went to get my amazon packet and she told me there is set timing for package delivery and you can wait or come back later, I looked at the timing and realize its just 5 mins away, so I asked if she could deliver now. She said NO, she was sitting idle, but still she is not ready give it to me, I went back home in hot phoenix weather(120 F) and have to come back again after 15 mins and she delivered now. I told my feedback to her to be flexible for 2-5 mins, so that it will help us.
She got very angry and she started shouting, I just told my feedback and I don't know why she is so angry and reacting so weird, I left the place since she is not at all listening to me. While I crossed the door she used abusive language(Fuck you), I was very disappointed and I called the leasing office to report it. I reported it to the property manager, she told me that she will talk to her on this, but I did not see any action even after weeks, so I wrote a feedback in Facebook and immediately property manager called me again. She is again asking me what has happened, she did not EVEN recollect the discussion that I had. I repeated everything AGAIN.
No action taken on this till date. I told many residence are facing very bad response from CRC staff and requested to conduct a feedback with all the residence, and she ignored that as well. Every resident is unhappy with CRC lady and I don't know why they still have her. I never encountered such a WORST behavior from any one in US. WORST STAFF EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.
Incident 2:I have receive a Pest control notice on my door, when I was about to vacate. so I went to leasing office to request for re-scheduling it, since I am moving out in 2 weeks. There is a young lady(Julie) in leasing office, she told she cannot re-schedule as its mandatory, I told her that I am moving out in 2 weeks and my apartment will be vacant for a week since I am moving in advance, so you can do it by that time. I told her, my kid have serious allergy issue, so I don't want to take a risk at the last time, it's the matter of waiting for just 2 weeks. Finally she agreed to reschedule and she had update the notice after two weeks, she has also strike out the date in the hard copy notice and put the new date and handed over to me. Then after a week, pest control showed up on my door, I told its rescheduled, so please talk to leasing office. I got a call from the young lady(Julie) after some time, she asked me why I denied, I told that you have rescheduled and why are you sending now, she told that NO, I have scheduled it for this week, I told no, it week after that, by mistake she has put the wrong date and she keep on arguing on it, she is not ready to agree her mistake and keep on talking rudely. She send another notice with 50 dollar fine, since I denied, I got really frustrated, its her mistake and she is fining me on this, WHAT THE HELL.
I went to leasing office and met the property manager(Heather), I went with the proof that I had, but she is also very rude to me, she is also not ready to accept her staffs mistake, she thinks she can do whatever they want, not at all caring for residence, I talked for 20 mins, she is very very RUDE. I don't understand what is the issue in waiting for one more week. Even I said, my kid have health issues, they DON'T CARE, she also kept on arguing and told that she will not consider revoking the fine. ITS VERY CLEAR AND EVIDENT THAT THE YOUNG LADY IS LYING BUT STILL NO ACTION TAKEN, I STILL HAVE THAT PROOF WITH ME.
I cannot tolerate any more, why the hell I have to pay high rent than any other property and face all these kind issues, so I moved out. Finally I got the apartment vacating fine, they have billed 50$ under the different category(paint touchup). I know what it is. FINALLY I PAID FOR THE MISTAKE IMT STAFF DID.
I was very disappointed, no respect for any resident. This is the worst apartment that I ever lived. Even many residence have the same feeling.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IMT DEER VALLEY PROPERTY, if you want to live peacefully.THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY FOR NO REASON.
