  • I just got home from visiting this Ann Taylor location. I was happy to see the store in the Venetian close. They had horrible customer service there, and this place is even worse. I wasn't greeted entering the store. I had to find someone to let me into the dressing room. She just walked me into the dressing room and pointed to an open room. She didn't bother to mention her name if further assistance was needed. I had to buy three suits as I work in finance. I am happy to purchase them elsewhere. My money won't go to this store - ever.
