  • I picked up to go food yet again from here Wednesday. The burgers were ok but the (almost $6.00) order of fries were gross! They were undercooked and greasy! I tried to inform the manager (Chris) on Thursday. He had the audacity to rudely want to argue about it! I know the fries at 5 Guys aren't suppose to be crispy!
