  • It should be possible to give 0 stars. This is the worst place I've ever lived. The apartments are constructed rather poorly so you can hear your neighbors when they do just about anything. The furnished apartments have shoddy appliances, and the management does not truly care about their tenants. They will not do anything about noisy/disruptive tenants. Needless to say this place is extremely noisy. Also, beware of the contract they will have you sign. It is approximately 20 pages and has all kinds of clauses. We read a clause one way and they read it another way and have just increased our rent by $200 on 20 days notice but say they still require us to give 30 days notice to move out. So, we will be moving out and having our rent pro rated at the higher amount. Renter beware, you're just a nuisance that gives them money. Do not move into this apartment complex!
