To make a long story short. We bought shower doors and we wanted frosted glass with them. They did not have it and said it would be a week at most for them to get it. 3 weeks later still no call, so we call them which they apologize for not calling and our order is in. When we get there employee looks and can't find it. Starts filling other orders and ignores us when we try to talk to her (She was really rude). We talk to the manager she can't find our order and what we ordered nobody has it in the United States.
So basically we paid lowes for a product they do not have. Had to deal with a rude employee and wasted over an hour of our time. Had to pay money to borrow a van and had to put gas into it. So we ended up paying around $50 for a product they do not have and do not know whem they will be getting it.
If i could give 0 stars I would.
