I just discovered Sprouts recently. I usually shop at Whole Foods, Trader Joes, or Smiths (conveniently 2 blocks from my house). This is now my go-to spot to buy meat. Their meet section is competitively prices compared to other stores, although the selection isn't always the greatest. You can find "free of hormones and antibiotics chicken breasts" for 2.99 a pound, which is just about the cheapest you will find chicken anywhere. It's a little suspect to me that is is free of hormones and these breasts are 3x the size of an organic chicken but I will continue to buy them anyways :)
Sprouts also has an amazing selection of snack foods. There are a solid 7 rows of snacks that you can buy by the pound and every single one I have tried is amazing. Regarding produce: They aren't the most competitively priced but I always buy organic so it is going to be a bit more expensive anywhere you go.
The only problem I have with sprouts is there is always lines for the cash register when I am there. If you go at night, there is only 1 register open which is a little irritating. Additionally, I like shopping at trader joes and whole foods because I can trust that there is no terrible ingredients in any of their products (MSG or "partially hydrogenated oils" aka trans fats) and I thought that sprouts was the same way. I bought tortillas from here without looking and they turned out to be loaded with hydrogenated oils (trans fats) so make sure you read your labels!
