  • Chris came to our house for our fall A/C and Heater maintenance. We had Dukes of Air last spring also after trying two other companies that did not give us the service Dukes of Air has. Chris was right on time, very professional and showed me what he was doing and answered all my questions and offered suggestions. I felt that the company's goal is to keep my A/C unit running as long as possible with twice yearly maintenance, which I am all for. I have one of their maintenance plans so any repairs are offered with a discount and they have taken care of the repair right away. When I call in the staff is very friendly and receptive.
